Monark's fusion with Crescent (Uppsala) moved all Crescent's mopeds production to Monark's factory in Varberg 1963. Now all Crescent, Monark mopeds were called MCB (Monark-Crescent Bolagen). One year earlier Monark hade made a deal with Husqvarna to exchange products. Many MCB-moped models where now equipped with the Husqvarna engine. Still you could by a Monark or Crescent moped by name. Most commen engine on Monark had been JLO, on Crescent Sachs. From this time on most commen engines used was the Husqvarna and the Sachs engines.
